When I was in college and came home to visit my mom, she would always make us a Kool Aid flavor called Pink Swimingo. It was a pink lemonade and she had Tervis Tumblers with a flamingo motif. It became a ritual and a long standing cherished memory, as that flavor, sadly, is no longer made. The flamingo theme lives on in new iterations, most recently with this necklace series.
This pendant measures about 2” tall by 1.5” wide and comes on a 20” bead chain. A patina has been applied to bring out the details and polished to show the highlights. A milky Aqua Chalcedony and a small Turquoise stone are bezel set among the Monstera leaf motif.
This is a One of a Kind piece; a sister in the series now resides in Texas.
